Should you feel that you have not completed the syllabus requirements for your desired grade, and should you wish to raise your course grade by half a point (e.g. from B to a B+, or from an A- to an A, etc.), you can submit the optional take-home exam below at any point before Monday, April 15th, 11:59pm on Blackboard, via TurnitIn.

It is untimed: take as much time as you want to complete it, proofread it, and submit it to me by email. The purpose of this optional exam is to help you articulate analyses and interpretations of texts from the larger perspective of time periods and literary movements.

Please note that no extensions will be granted for this extra-credit option. This is because it is available for several months, and the weeks following the deadline will be dedicated to working on the final project.
