Welcome to Module 10, the last module of this course! (1.5 – 2 hours)
Here’s what you need to do for this last ‘module’ week:
- Continue working on your final project. See Assignments (main menu) and the relevant subpages for detailed instructions. Don’t underestimate how much getting credit depends on reading instructions carefully, several times (I once had to redo a whole exam halfway through because I had misread the question… :S)
- Please read (the very last readings for this course!):
– Anthology: Vol. 6: “Unit 3: Contemporary World Literature” (pp. 4141-4142);
– Read short story “The Headstrong Historian” by Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie, 2009
(12 pages). (Access to this link is limited so keep the tab open until you are finished).
*references to slavery, colonialism, death, some graphic language* - Watch the last lecture below.
- Fill out your very last exit ticket.
- Do your last Google Doc duty.
The modules are over after this one, but bear in mind that we still have meetings coming up to work on your final project. See the Schedule for details!
Here is the lecture (captions included):
**Please pay extra attention to structural advice for your argument (towards the end of the video)!**
